Blankets were not clean, we ended up just sleeping on top of cover. No pool, that’s a big downside. There is literally a pool behind the house but is not part of the community. A few things need to be fixed around the house. Overall great house to stay. They provide everything literally coffee and creamer. Washer and dryer. Shampoo and soap. Dishwasher soap and dish soap. Laundry soap and dryer sheets. This host is awesome and I would recommend staying here. Also in the garage there are a whole bunch of beach fun activities. Surf boards, chairs, umbrella. Not sure if these are for everyone to use but it was open and it helped us a lot. We make sure the chairs were washed and clean before leaving.

The house itself was fine. The backyard was quite tiny, which was misleading from the pictures. The air hockey that we really wanted to play did not work and was crammed in the hot garage. My biggest problem was that the 1 st night the house next door hosted a huge, loud, alcohol filled party till the wee hours and my room was literally right next to their back porch where all the kids were. The area was great and pretty easy to get around.
