Listed prices show in USD, but because I'm Canadian, payment is processed in CAD. Your card statement will reflect a CAD charge converted at the exchange rate in effect on the day of the transaction. If you see a "C" next to the price at checkout, that confirms the amount is in CAD — this is normal in this case.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may also apply a foreign transaction fee for this charge, separate from the exchange rate conversion. We recommend checking with your card provider beforehand if you'd like to avoid this fee — some cards waive foreign transaction fees entirely.

We love this beach house. It’s clean , spacious, it’s near the beach. This is our third year there and we plan on a fourth. The kitchen is well stocked. The host takes care of any issues very quickly. I recommend this property.

The house met and exceeded all our expectations. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. The close availability to the grocery store and resturants made for a relaxing week. We would rent this property again!!!

Excellent property in great location, right across the street from the beach. Richard's home provided a comfortable setting for our getaway with our adult children and young grandchildren. The home is spacious, with several comfortable living areas, offering options to gather all together or spread out as needed. Our host communicated clearly and was responsive to questions in advance of our stay. If we return to Wells Beach, and I expect that we will, Richard's home will likely be our first choice.

Clean comfortable home in a great location across the street from a beautiful beach and so close to Kennebunkport and Ogunquit.
