Welcome to Destin West Gulfside #607! I'm Frank, your host for this great vacation property. This very nice beach condo is a 1 bedroom + 1 bunk room and 2 full bath. This beach condo is located in the Gulfside building at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The resort has direct beach access, many pools, hots tubs, and a lazy river. This unit is located on the top floor and provides a great view of the beach, pier, pool, sunsets, and the city! This is a great vacation destination.
I am dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice vacation rental. This beautiful property is comfortable and nicely decorated. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities not typically found with other rentals such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to receiving your reservation and hosting your group for a beach trip!

The group is also limited to a max of 4 children (under 18 years old). Please contact me to request an exception.
*No smoking inside property or the balcony. Only vaping is permitted on the balcony.
*No boats or trailers allowed on the property.

Excellent views both from the balcony and the front door side! The location is great especially if you are looking to go to the boardwalk or the Gulfarium. Beach was very nice and the included chair service was excellent. During busy times you do need to get in line early to get a front row chair. Only downside to the chair service is they are a bit close together. Condo on inside was good, few minor repairs and updates here and there but to be expected. A/C worked great! King bed was comfortable and kids had no complaints on the bunks. Pool was very big and clean plenty of space there. Very nice to have a parking garage. Overall a fantastic property, cozy and loved the top floor views. Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay over spring break. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The beach was always clean and the chair service was an added bonus.

Not cleaned well at all a lot of dust on vents under bed mold in bathroom and on ceiling and the refrigerator smelled so much like fish we could not use it. Spent $200 on food before we arrived and the next morning had to throw it all out cause the fish smell was all over it. We did buy baking soda for smell but didn’t help. Needs to be replaced. Pulled out couch for my son to sleep on and there were no sheets for it and had dry cereal all over it. Would not stay here again!
