A VILLA WITH ITS FEET IN THE SAND
The main asset of Beach Front House is its exceptional location.
Only a few steps separate the garden from the beach.
You can enjoy the sea as soon as you wake up, return to the villa for lunch, relax around the pool in the afternoon and return to the beach at the end of the day.
The Diamond Rock, emblem of the southwest coast of Martinique, is the natural panorama of the property.
The light changes throughout the day and constantly transforms the landscape.
SWIMMING POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS
The villa has a 6 × 3 meter salt water swimming pool, set in an environment facing the sea.
The outdoor areas have been designed to take advantage of the tropical climate and outdoor living.
The outdoor gazebo is a pleasant space to have a drink, read, relax or share an aperitif.
The veranda also allows you to enjoy meals and moments of conviviality while staying close to the sea.

Beach Front House has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with king or queen size beds
Two bedrooms also enjoy sea views.
2 Extra beds recommended for children are available on request

Villa house was beautiful and location was nice. Easy access to pool and beach was awesome. Everything you need in the kitchen. Grocery, bakery and convenience store very close to the house.

Sandra was a wonderful host. The location is amazing. Right on the water with the sound of waves all day long. The property is everything you would expect. It had beach toys, boogie boards, everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels (and a hair dryer in each bathroom). Each bedroom had its own individual A/C and there are two large doors in the living room and kitchen that can essentially open the house and turn it into part of the outdoor living area. We had an amazing time on Martinique. Le Diamant has a few good restaurants and a great bakery and nothing on the island is far away, so this is a great home base.

We were a group of 11 from 2 years old to 85 years old. The pool et proximity to beach is usefull for the kids. We could also walk for the grocery and restaurants. Each room has is private restroom. There is toys for the pool and beach. The setup is perfect. We strongly recommend.

We loved everything about the house and the location. It’s hard to list all the positive… the constant sound of the waves, the direct access to the beach for long morning walks and endless swims, the south facing orientation for sun all day long, the walking access to the market, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and the comfort of the house itself, made it a perfect holiday place, and we can’t wait to be back.
