This is a great location and house for a large family vacation. There were 11 of us that moved in and out over 10 days. It is well-outfitted and supplied for preparing and sharing meals, watching world cup soccer together and spending time lakeside on the dock and happily floating in cool ADK water. The kids had a blast exploring the woods and creek as well as the lake. Gina was helpful and responsive for resolving a few glitches early. There were many nice extra touches (hygiene supplies, lots of kitchen extras, plenty of bath and beach towels) that made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you Gina and Boulder Creek!

I loved this property! The house was awesome the amenities were great. The host made it very easy to check in and out. Everything is there for you and the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this stay

The house is spacious and well equipped for a large group to enjoy. Upon arrival we found that a water/moisture issue had recently occurred in the lower level. This resulted in half of the entire sleeping area being unusable due to the very strong damp/musty smell.
We alerted the management immediately and installation of dehumidifiers was pledged for the next day though they were never delivered. Even with the basement door closed, this condition required several individuals to take allergy meds for the entire duration of our five day stay.
To accommodate our entire family overnight, we had to use extra air mattresses placed around in the first floor living and sun rooms. These along with a few people on sheet-covered couches allowed everyone to sleep (not necessarily comfortably) but without the quiet or privacy originally anticipated.
