You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space provided for each apartment. From this garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive by car or on foot). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper apartments can only be reached by stairs. It is approximately a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
