The Space:
Casa Girasol is a luxurious modern home designed to embrace the surroundings to allow guests to experience Guiones through all their senses. Enjoy the sounds of Howler monkeys, the scent of ocean breeze on your skin, and the taste of a tropical treat as you sit by the pool and watch the day unfold.
Casa Girasol is located at a 9 min walk from the white dreamy coast of Playa Guiones, offering a private, quiet and privileged location. The property features 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, two on the second floor with windows that open onto the jungle and the third bedroom on the ground floor with sliding doors to the spacious terrace.
The main common space on the ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful living area with doors leading to the terrace with an infinity edge pool and an outdoor dining area. With a wonderful location and a breathtaking living space, this house is the ideal vacation getaway.

The property manager is available daily from 7am to 8pm and 8pm - 7am only for emergencies (Please call if its an emergency). This listing comes with complimentary guest services and concierge services from Vacation Nosara.

Is prohibited to jump from the balcony in all circumstances. l. If this action is recorded by video or pictures the $500 security deposit will not be refunded.
Casa Girasol is located in a peaceful neighborhood where parties are not allowed. Please respect the established quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am.

Nosara is rapidly growing community and currently there is a construction site behind the property, construction noise will potentially be heard during the stay. Rates already have a discount applied.
