On the mezzanine level of the villa, Vacation Rental 1 (100 sqm) welcomes you. The bright rooms, meticulously laid parquet flooring, an exclusive bathroom, and select accessories—such as the antique chandeliers—offer you a truly special living experience. An elegant kitchen-dining area, the spacious living room, the historic front porch with its original built-in sliding windows, two bedrooms with double beds (each of which can comfortably accommodate a travel crib), a balcony facing the sea, and a south-facing terrace provide space for 2 to 4 adults and one toddler (up to 3 years old). A separate guest restroom completes the apartment. If needed, please book the linens package (bed linens [&] towels) in advance. For young guests, a travel crib and a high chair (for a fee) can be arranged. A parking space is available at the house under the carport.
