Amenities include neighborhood pool steps from condo, huge waterfront saltwater pool at the North Tower - with hot tub and restaurant steps away, free parking, free wifi, and free shuttle to North Tower Pool and the beach from spring through fall.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*Only small dogs allowed. Maximum 2 dogs 25 pounds or less each

If you want to feel like youre home, go ahead and book. The place is nice and clean. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking to spend a lot of time on the boardwalk. Beachfront is recommended if you dont plan to drive. Unit number is in the picture.

We had a wonderful stay! Super clean condo. Great communication anytime I had a question or needed help with anything. Great clean pools and a great location. We definitely be back to this condo.

The property was well maintained and clean. Well furnished and homey. Nice local pool. Downsides were very thin walls. We couldn’t sleep in the main bedroom because the neighbors had their tv on all night 1st night and 2nd nights had a very loud mechanical noise, like a generator coming from an adjacent condo. Also vape smells pouring in from Nextdoor, probably also attributed to thin un insulated walls. The other downside is property management didn’t communicate how to access the main attraction pool located in the complex. We didn’t get to use it because it wasn’t in the check-in email with all the other information. They did respond to my inquiry about how to access the main pool but about 14 hours later. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless you’re a very sound sleeper.
