Your Lee apartment is located in a newly built house in the Redewisch neighborhood of Boltenhagen.
The Red/Lee vacation apartment is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.
The vacation apartment features an east-facing terrace. Spanning 100 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, sauna, and whirlpool, as well as a guest restroom. The apartment is approximately 1,800 meters from the beach.
The apartment is located in a quiet area near the Redewisch estate. Your own sun terrace with a garden and outdoor furniture invites you to relax outdoors.
The living room features a modern sofa and a dining area for the whole family. A gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and provides warm comfort. A flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player provide entertainment. The windows on the first floor can be darkened with curtains.
The well-equipped kitchenette features numerous appliances for preparing your meals: a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, and a 4-burner induction cooktop with an oven. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90 x 200). In the second bedroom on the first floor, a double bed (2 x 80 x 200) ensures a restful night’s sleep. In both bedrooms, you can store your vacation wardrobe in spacious closets.
The third bedroom is located on the second floor. This room is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and an additional TV (no TV channels—only for a streaming device or PlayStation).
All bedrooms have vinyl flooring. The windows are fitted with roller blinds.
The shower room on the first floor features a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a whirlpool tub. As an added highlight, you can use the sauna built into the bathroom (12 euros/day). Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A parking space is available to you free of charge on the property.

On cooler days, the hot tub, sauna, and gas fireplace invite you to enjoy warm, cozy moments indoors. Up to six people can find a quiet and comfortable place to sleep in the three bedrooms on the first and second floors. You can safely store your bicycles in the shed.

Das Haus ist toll, es fehlt lediglich an kleinen Details wie ausreichend Haken für Handtücher oder Stauraum für Schuhe und Jacken.
Die Aussicht ist herrlich vom Schlafzimmer unterm Dach.
Der Kamin gibt ein urig warmes Ambiente. Die Grundausstattung ist sehr sehr gut und die kleine Willkommensbox sehr hilfreich für uns gewesen. Es gab leider keine gelbe Tonne, wir haben den Müll trotzdem getrennt und separat vor die uns zugewiesene Mülltonne gestellt.
Kleine Warnung vor dem Nachbar, der scheint die Ferienhausgäste nicht zu mögen...

Ich habe nich nie so eine tolle, geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung gesehen. Die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von Backformen, Eierpickser, ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser über Teelichter, Gewüze, Feuerzeug, einfach alles vorhanden! Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich. Sogar an Spiele für Schlechtwetter, Kuscheldecke und viele Windlichter u.v.m. wurde gedacht. Der Garten ist bezaubernd. Die Lage ist sehr schön, wenn man eine ruhige Umgebung mag. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig. Insgesamt aber perfekter Urlaub.
