This 47-square-meter apartment on the first floor with elevator is the ideal solution for those looking for functional and well-organized accommodation in the heart of Milan. The spaces have been designed to offer maximum comfort in any environment, ensuring a practical and relaxing stay for up to three guests.
The double bedroom offers a private and quiet space for a night's sleep, while the living area welcomes guests with a welcoming and versatile atmosphere. The single sofa bed in the living room expands the accommodation capacity of the apartment, making it perfect even for small groups or families. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare meals independently, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The modern bathroom completes the interior equipment, while the private balcony offers an ideal outdoor space for moments of relaxation in the open air.
For the comfort of guests, air conditioning is available in the living room , while in the bedroom it is currently not working due to a fault . The fast Wi-Fi connection allows you to always stay connected for work or leisure, the washing machine is useful during extended stays and the television in the living room guarantees moments of entertainment and relaxation.
The area is well served by public transport: just a few minutes' walk away are the M2 Gioia metro and the M3 Centrale FS subway , ideal for quickly reaching the city center and the main areas of Milan. Overall the place was very clean and our first impression was good. We had issues though, including; the check in process was not user friendly, the TV had no English channels that we found, the toilet seat was broken and upon calling Italianway the first day of five, it was never repaired, very understocked bathroom (ex. 1 sliver of bath soap), no washing machine soap, only a sheer curtain in the bedroom (your exposed to numerous apartments across from you) no privacy curtain, the shower had no shelf to place soap or shampoo and the bedroom AC froze up dripping on the floor.
