With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a large master bedroom suite and bath, this property offers ample space and luxury for your lifestyle needs. The master bedroom boasts generous proportions, providing a retreat-like atmosphere for relaxation and tranquility. Its accompanying bathroom offers convenience and comfort, completing the suite with style. We do offer a pet friendly environment with respect to the guidelines below:

• Pet Size and Breed Restrictions: “We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate certain breeds known for aggressive behavior.”
• Pet Number Limit: “Guests are allowed to bring up to two pets. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing more than one pet.”
• Cleaning Fee: “An additional cleaning fee of $75 per stay will be charged for guests with pets.”
• Furniture Policy: “Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding.” An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if excessive pet hair is found on the bedding or furniture.
• Supervision Requirement: “Pets must not be left unattended inside the property. Please let us know if you need a pet sitter, and we can recommend local services.”

Very nice and clean property. As other reviewers have identified, there is a train very close to the property. It runs regularly so you’ll hear the train throughout the day and night. However it didn’t disrupt our days or nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house in a good location near a big park that my daughter loved. House was clean and plenty of room for us. The host was great at communicating some questions we had before the trip. The only negative (and it’s not their fault at all!) is the proximity to the train tracks behind the house. If you are a light sleeper the train might impact your sleep, but we got used to it very quickly and it wasn’t a big deal for us!
