My spouse and our toddler have stayed here several times visiting family and we will definitely be back. The apartment is clean and has a kitchen sufficient for cooking quick and simple meals. The beds are comfortable. It is in an apartment building in Gadsden, and so you will not see the clientele you’d see at The Four Seasons but we never felt like the area was unsafe. It’s close to the downtown area and the mall, easy to get to other places from. It’s a much better value than any of the hotels in the area that I’ve seen.

Adequate, clean, secure space, in a good location downtown. That said, I would have appreciated knowing that the kitchen had coffee, filters, and creamer. Additionally, 10:00 a.m. check-out is on the early side. My request to extend it was denied, after asking twice. It was fine for a night and the view is pretty.
