À propos de cette location de vacances
Our home has the perfect combinations of relaxation and adventure, privacy and community, nature and proximity to local attractions.
The 5 bedrooms give everyone space to rechargel along with large common areas to socialize in the Window Room (den with Smart TV, sound system, blu-ray player & movies, pool table, board games, wet bar, couches, rocking chairs), kitchen with island seating and 4-person table, 8-seat dining room, multiple backyard decks, swim spa / hot tub, and fenced yard to run and play games in.
You'll be surrounded by trees, with less than a 15 minute drive to downtown Bentonville and a few minutes' drive to several trailheads. You can also bike to MTB trails if you want to get the extra elevation gain in your ride. The closest trails are at Handcut Hollow (2.5 miles away)
There's plenty of activities in the Northwest Arkansas area including mountain biking, road biking, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, museums, and more!
You'll have the whole house and backyard to yourselves, including the swim spa and attached garage. Note: pool service does come weekly to adjust chemicals, which may coincide with your stay. The swim spa is not heated from November through February. You are welcome to use it as a cold plunge, however heating it during these months will require an additional charge.
(The detached garage and shed on premises are not for guest use.)

Nice quiet neighborhood. Very responsive host. Only thing is the swim spa would not warm up and was too cold for use it remained 71 degrees after trying to increase.

The hot tub was a huge hit. Plenty of space for our whole family. There was no private pool, just the big hot tub.

Nice home but lots of little things not working. Breakers tripping, batteries dead. Internet went out first day, was out our whole trip. The swim spa is a large hot tub really. Little kids would like it. Cover was a pain to take off and put back on. But it is Not a pool. The pool table was a nice idea but they placed it too close to walls to set up on a lot of shots. There is plenty of room to move it out a bit. The hosts communicated well, just couldn’t make the internet work. Some of us had important zoom calls so had to go off property for those Not angry, just won’t use it again.
