Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.

* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.

We rented this property for the month of January and overall were satisfied. The house is well located and lovely, although a little tired looking. We had 5 grandchildren (aged 0 to 6) as well as our 3 children and 2 spouses at various times and never felt confined in the house. Global Homes was very efficient in proceeding quickly for repairs required. It was unfortunate the heating of the pool didn't function properly for half our stay as it took too long the heather had to be replaced (they waved. the fee for the time the service was unavailable but still it deprived us of one of the main attraction of the house fore our grandchildren). The cleanliness was acceptable but not to our standards. We did enjoy the facilities available in the community, including play structures, the pool and the water slides and the BBQs provided in one of the park. I would recommend this house.

We truly enjoyed our rental house. It was easy to find, close to Disney and walmart! It had all the basic necessities we needed to get our vacation started. The pool was nice and warm and ready for fun! It was however not as clean as we would have liked when we arrived. Smudges on the windows, floor needed a good scrub, substantial dirt/dust around all the vents. Great home for a great price for our large family!! I would recommend this property to a friend.

I went with an “Okay” experience, because there many little issue that were (Some) fixed along the way of course- but still Tedious. I visit Kissimmee annually with my family as a tradition; The house was infested especially in the Kitchen with beige ants. The pool was constantly full of bugs, I complained about it someone came one time but it was an on going issue. One of the king Master bedrooms- the bed was broken and had to be replaced. The other beds were worn and extremely soft. The childrens bedroom only had a DVD player but no DVD’s we were not aware of this before booking; I would have expected a fire stick or a Roku to accommodate the children. I made a request to confirm I will be able to have highspeed internet in order to work remotely and unfortunately the internet was extremely slow, I barely got to answer any calls; This caused grief with my employer. The house vents where dusty and needed to cleaned.
