Get away for the weekend in Paradise! This condominium is available for a minimum 3-night stay in the off season.
Dazzling, Renovated, Beachfront Condo in Prime Location! Recently remodeled to include custom flooring and cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed and flat-screen TV The customized shower is reminiscent of tropical waterfalls and the modern vanity utilizes the most of the space. The dining area comfortably accommodates 4 guests. A leather sleeper sofa allows for two additional overnight guests and there is a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV for everyone's viewing pleasure. Take in the amazing sunrises or sunsets and step out onto the balcony for unbelievable views of the Gulf of Amenities include:
Large heated pool and Spa
Tennis Courts
Fitness facility
Enjoy tropical cocktails or fresh seafood downstairs at the Sunset Grill
Please be advised Apollo charges a registration fee $45 and a $75 hold which is returned on check out at the Apollo office when returning the parking tag. No parking tag returned then the $75 is charged.
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

We really enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The location was ideal. We loved the covered garage. I lived on the balcony. Perfect! Picking up our keys at the vacation rental place went smoothly. The communication at the hotel was somewhat confusing but was figured out within a few minutes. A recommendation for our unit would be to consolidate the items in the kitchen. Too many dishes, glasses, pots and pans and NO where to store food. We had to keep everything on top of the refrigerator. All we needed for the beach was supplied.Hope to return next year!

The views were beautiful, and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the grounds were clean and well maintainedA few drawbacks: only one washcloth was provided, and the bathroom needs attention. The beach chair was rusted closed, and the umbrella was broken. The provided soap was insufficient—plan to bring your own, plus toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.
