It is listed as a three bed room 2 bath, you would think that one of the baths was attached to one of the bedrooms, it is not.The hot tub is in the garage, we never used it

This place had the total grandma and grandpa's house vibe... Has lots of room . Mattresses could be updated . Hot tub was out of order so you might wanna check on that if you are planning on using it . We were in Munice for my sons graduation from Ball State . The location is less then 15 mintues from campus and very easy to find ... The views from this home are beautiful. Would book again if we are ever in Munice .

We had a great time at our stay! Hot tub was relaxing but felt it struggled to keep temp. We still love it. House felt like a home. Would definitely book again.

The location is great, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. First off, there were leftover ‘skid marks’ in the toilet (GROSS) they flushed right down but still 👎. The window seals were full of flies, the main shower had hairs on the walls and that’s all I need to mention. (there’s more but you get it)
