The views of the Smokey Mountains from the house were breathtaking! The house size and setup were perfect for our large, multigenerational family vacation in TN. The communication with the host was timely and informative. I would recommend to family and friends!

The place was awesome. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The view was spectacular. Sunrise was amazing. Would recommend to stay here with the family.

The views were AMAZING! The house had a few problems including an AC unit that was not working. The room got up to 88. The response and communication was not great on this. It took three days to get it fixed and day two they finally brought a fan but that wasn’t super helpful. We had mice in the kitchen, set traps ourselves and caught and disposed of it. One of the top bunk beds were not really usable due to the noise that any movement made. There was a screw or something in the metal frame that would move constantly. The porch light on the main floor deck did not work. The hot tub stopped working night 4, wouldn’t stay warm. There were carpenter bees everywhere which made spending too much time on the porch with the kids challenging. We ended up leaving a day early.
