Excellent stay. In the middle of everything. Plenty of room for me and my teenage daughter. Had an issue with the toilet but Phillip addressed it right away. Thank you for a great stay! Will definitely book again next year.

Arrived to a very clean and cute rental. Had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and located in the center of Chocolate Avenue above Fenicci’s. We enjoyed their food both nights and were treated like family by their staff.

Apartment was pretty much as described. Clean, comfortable bed and all the supplies needed for our stay. Location was perfect for our needs. Restaraunt was convenient but just ok. The stairs are not terrible but are steep and narrow. Parking for us was at the municipal lot right around the corner. Only a 2 minute (literally) walk after unloading bags for overnight stay near entrance. We left happy we found this unit.

overall very clean but mold around tub and in air conditioner a little scary. No handicap parking, had to walk two blocks with bad knee. Noisy from restaurant until workers leave.
