We sacrificed mountain views to stay downtown. You can see the Skybridge and sky needle from front of home. This property was the perfect location for walking into town. It made it easy when travelling with a baby- we could use her stroller to easily get around. The only time we got in the car was to head into the park. The house had plenty of room for my family with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Modern upgrades with a cabin feel. My grown children enjoyed the game room with pool table and arcade game. The weather was too hot to use the fire pit or hot tub but would be great in the fall. We did have a bear approach the back door and try to climb on our truck bed so be aware. I highly recommend City Bear!

Great stay at city bear. Whole family down for our 50th anniversary. Lots of room. No steps and walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg action. A great time was had by all.

We actually had a bear on our patio! Twice! We left it alone. Great experience!
The game room and large, kitchen and family room. Awesome!

This was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be close to downtown without paying for parking. This house allowed us to park and walk. We didn't have to move the car unless we wanted to leave. It was great and provided plenty of space for our family.
