The second full bathroom is adjacent to the guest room furnished with a Queen bed and Twin bed trundle for added space and comfort. The ‘plus one’ bedroom is the office den with a pull-out Queen bed. The kitchen has been fully stocked with all cooking essentials and there is a large washer & dryer. Covered parking for a small car is available in the detached one-car garage; one additional car will fit on your private driveway. There are two patios – a private one off of the master bedroom and another facing beautiful Marguerite Lake.
