The house was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was a little dirty when we got there and the jets were not working. There was a popsicle stick in the water that gave a poor first impression. The pool was working fine the next day but the jets were on a timer and stopped working about 8pm also the upstairs ice machine was not working. The pool area with the privacy fence and baggo game was a nice touch. We did have a communication problem with the beach chairs and umbrellas the first two days but it was eventually resolved. Overall it was a great experience and will probably do it again

the home was relatively clean but some areas needed attention. The outdoor grill was filthy and needed management assistance. The pool temperature was not able to be raised higher and was too cold to be used. The outdoor kitchen was filthy! We were not able to use it at all. The basement oven was not clean and caused the smoke detector to go off due to a large amount of transparent grease left from a previous renter.

Great house with lots of room! The 2 main levels were heavily utilized which didnt make it seem like there were that many people staying there. Close enough to walk to the beach, but we utilized the low speed vehicle instead. Definitely recommend this house
