This inviting 2-bedroom home is ideal for families and friends seeking a relaxing island getaway, with easy access to the Kohala Coast's beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, and activities.
Designed with a loft-style floor plan and soaring ceilings, the home offers an open and airy atmosphere. The main level features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor lanai perfect for dining under the tropical skies. The guest bedroom is conveniently located downstairs and is furnished with two twin beds, which may be converted into a king bed upon request at the time of booking. A full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located nearby.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a queen bed, a small office area, and a private lanai. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of island adventures.
Colony Villas 201 is just steps from one of the community's amenity centers, which includes a swimming pool, propane BBQ grills, and ample space for lounging and relaxing. Access to the Condo was easy and efficient. The Condo is in great shape, well furnished, and in a very good location,especially immediately adjacent to the small community pool.
