There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The HOA rules are plentiful and they are super strict about them. Security guards are patrolling looking for violations. Our condo was on the third floor. While it offered a pretty view, there’s no ramp or elevator to get up and down, making it challenging getting luggage and groceries in and out. Overall, the condo itself is very well kept and located in a great spot.

This property was nice and clean. The host responded quickly whenever I needed them. I recommend staying here and I would definitely visit again.

The place was organized and the pool was nice and calm for family time. We did have an issue with the people below us, as they were very aggressively hitting the ceiling for two nights in a row, leading to us calling the police and causing my little brother with autism to hide under the bed.
