*** Please Contact Prior to Booking If Pets Will Accompany You During Your Stay***
Located within the Watersong Resort grounds in the heart of Central Florida, The Sunseeker's Retreat offers you a great escape from daily life while keeping you within reach of everything fun. Getting to your retreat from the Orlando International Airport will be a 35 minute drive. Once you’re here, you will be less than 30 minutes away from Disney World, 35 minutes from Universal Studios and the Mall of Millenia, and 45 minutes from Downtown Orlando.
On the property, you'll find space for everyone as a generous mix of queen and twin beds can accommodate up to ten people. Feel free to kick back in the newly updated family room featuring new leather reclining sofas and a wide-screen smart TV. Enjoy some suds in the Jacuzzi after a long day out. Maybe challenge your friends to a table tennis match to decide who gets to sleep in the big bedroom before hitting the hay in one of five bedrooms available on location. We have everything for everybody big and small. For families, we also have for your use a high chair and a crib for the little one in case you forget or aren't able to bring your own.
***And for an extra $30 a day, the pool can be heated for you to enjoy no matter what the temperature is outside (Please indicate in your reservation if you'd like to include the heated pool during your stay).***
Please also note that the built in bbq (grill) you see in the pictures is not functional as we can't find parts to repair it and will be removing it in near future. If you like to have one, you are welcome to use the other one we have for no charge. You will just need to make sure its clean when you leave. We also have a nice air fryer in the kitchen that you may use as well. That works just as well as the grill and not much mess to clean up. All included for your convenience,
While the Sunseeker's Retreat offers you a bit of seclusion from the hustle and bustle of Central Florida, you're never far away from good dining options with restaurants located within a 15 minute drive. But if you feel like cooking at home, grocery stores such as Publix and Winn-Dixie and supermarkets such as Walmart and Target are just down the road, and you'll have access to basic kitchen tools, cutlery and dishes included in the kitchen.
Central Florida is also home to several quality golf courses within a 20-minute drive, plus the Top Golf driving range and lounge in downtown Orlando. Award-winning Clearwater Beach is a 1 hour 30 minute drive west, while the famed Daytona International Speedway is a 1 hour 20 minute drive northeast. And for the curious minds, the Kennedy Space Center is a 1 hour 15 minute drive east near Coco Beach.
We hope you enjoy your time in Central Florida, and thank-you for considering staying at The Sunseeker's Retreat!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It was spotlessly clean, tidy, and exactly as described. Access to the property was easy, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of towels and all the essentials provided. The private pool was a real highlight—well maintained and not overlooked by neighbouring properties, making it a great place to relax. There was also plenty of outdoor seating, and I especially enjoyed having breakfast beside the pool each morning. The air conditioning was excellent too, which was very much appreciated—we Irish people don’t cope too well with the Florida heat, so it was a welcome escape after a day out!Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to others. We’d happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at The Sunseeker’s Retreat. The villa felt super spacious with plenty of room for our group. Everything was spotless and modern, the open layout, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to feel right at home. The large lanai and pool were the stars of the show. We spent most of our time out there relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the Florida weather as we just happened to stay during a heatwave. The hot tub was a nice bonus too (just note they’re linked, so heat the pool if you want the spa warm). Loved the wildlife sightings and how secure and friendly the community felt. The location in Watersong is convenient for everything without being too hectic. The host was responsive and helpful(By far one of the best host I’ve ever dealt with.) Overall, this place made our Florida trip relaxing and memorable — we’d definitely come back here as we’ve been coming to Florida for over a decade now and this by far was one of the best homes we’ve stayed at.

The house was clean upon arrival and offered all amenities as listed. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact for any issues or concerns that arose during our stay. Each bedroom provided ample space for multiple people to stay in and provided more than enough storage for clothes, bags, etc. The pool and hot tub heated up quickly and maintained heat throughout our stay once turned on. The neighborhood was very quiet, trash pickup was very convenient as they would move the cans back to the house for you, and the security guards at the gate were very friendly.

Great property, outdoor space for a family was the best we have tried and we have been to several orlando villas. A true South facing pool with sun all day, brand new loungers and an outside toilet - a godsend for kids. Property was clean and very well presented, had everything we could need. Pool was cleaned weekly. The watersong estate itself is always well looked after and gate staff are super friendly and helpful. Host was quick to respond to our queries.
