À propos de cette location de vacances
BNB Louisville presents: Courtside — the Ville’s newest, most remarkable destination. We’ve brought together the best features from our premier properties to create one ultra-luxury retreat in the heart of the Highlands. Perfect for large groups, this home combines space, style, and unforgettable amenities.
The main residence spans three stories, featuring 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a spa-inspired bathroom, while the custom kitchen is a chef’s dream. Exposed brick, hardwood and steel accents, and carefully curated décor create a space that is sophisticated, modern, and inviting.
Step outside into your private courtyard oasis ✨. Relax in the hot tub 🛁, gather around the fire pit 🔥, enjoy a friendly game of bocce ball, or practice on your own putting green ⛳. Every corner of this outdoor retreat is designed for fun and relaxation.
The private sports lounge anchors the rear of the property. This 600 sq ft game room opens via glass sliding walls, revealing a space with pool table 🎱, shuffleboard, Golden Tee 🕹️, and a comfortable lounge area for watching the game on the 4K TV.
Whether you’re hosting a friendly competition, enjoying a quiet evening, or soaking in the Highlands’ vibrant energy, Courtside delivers luxury, comfort, and excitement in equal measure.

The hosts reached out and communicated regularly with us and made our stay most comfortable. Our plans had to change because of the snow storm and the hosts were most accommodating. The home was a lovely, roomy Victorian and it was perfect for the gaggle of children we brought.
