Walk to the beach, watch the sun set from our upper level covered porch and enjoy the quiet end of Isle of Palms from this family friendly duplex home. This spacious home features a renovated kitchen with an open layout into the dining room and tiled floors throughout. Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, fishing, kayaking, boating and eco-tours on Isle of Palms by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston or nearby Mt. Pleasant or Sullivans Island at night. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive from the home and the beach is a 2 minute walk from the house.

Upon entering the home you will find a family room & dining room area, a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the laundry room on the lower floor. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered patio with outdoor seating area outside the front door. On the home's second floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, one bathroom and the living room (with futon). Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that this is a side-by-side duplex unit. The other unit in this duplex is also available for rent. If both units are available for your selected dates, then you may rent both homes for your next multi-family reunion or friends' vacation and sleep up to 20 people in the whole building.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.

This was the perfect property for our family to get together! Very clean, decorated so nice, not over the top “beachy” decorations, just done very tastefully. Rooms were great, we loved the upper porch, spent most of our time up there! Everything we needed to prepare meals, plus beach towels, beach chairs and outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after we came back from the beach. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Good proximity to grocery store and fish market, restaurants and to downtown Charleston We would definitely plan another stay here!

Perfect spot for a family with younger kids. Quick walk to beach access, condo is well kept up and clean. Loved the outdoor shower coming off the beach.

We came for a long weekend with extended family. Easy entry. Place was very clean and had all the basics for our stay. We had warm, sunny weather so we really appreciated the big upstairs porch, which we were able to open to the other side, where more of our family were staying. Separate thermostats upstairs and down meant everyone was comfortable. Beach a short stroll away. One first floor bedroom with adjacent walk in shower would be good for anyone with mobility issues.

The outside of the property was nice and the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all. The issues we had was that the sheets on a couple of the beds were dirty & pillow cases had make up on them and the floors turned our feet BLACK they were so dirty. The walls were extremely thin and we were expected to not make noise after 10pm which with a 7yr old and young adults on vacation was not an easy task and made things quite stressful. The last thing was that you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner below 70 which for the downstairs was ok but the upstairs was miserable and made it difficult to sleep. I personally would not choose to stay here again.
