- Please note that the hot tub and pool takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.
- 4WD may be necessary for the winter months.
- Guests will be responsible for bringing their own charcoal & firewood.
- Guests are responsible for providing linens for the Pack-n-play.
- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

Cabin was exactly as listed. Actually even better. Pics do not do it justice. Beautiful, clean and million dollar views!! Hosts were amazing people. So friendly and informative. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!! 5 to the hosts, cabin and location

Absolutely fantastic home. Could not ask for anything better. Location in the mountains was perfect. Perfect access to the National Park Pool was way bigger than expected and great hit with the family. One of the best places we have ever rented. Even the bears that visited loved it enough to sit on the porch for a while.

We had a great stay family vacation. Plenty of room and was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this property. We saw Bear everyday which was a priority for most of us. Great location for going to both gatlinburg or pigeon forge.

Property is in a remote location that does not have operational air conditioning. The upstairs bedroom areas were 84 degrees daily. The homeowner did bring over very loud portable ac units but those did not cool the rooms down enough making them habitable. The homeowners are aware of this and per other reviews from August 2025- this has been going on a while. The house is a solid 30 to 40 minutes from major attractions. The cleaners for the house and pool also showed up prior to scheduled checkout time so we felt very rushed when trying to leave.
