The Space:
A compact but well-kept room, air conditioned, with a Nespresso machine and a bathroom fully renovated in 2026 — the essentials, done properly, in the heart of the village.
Guest Access:
First floor, no lift. Private access to the room.
The Neighborhood:
Via Mazzini, in the heart of Vernazza: the square, the little harbour, restaurants and shops all a short walk away.
Getting Around:
The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes).
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a supplement.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.
Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm, late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm, with a €50 supplement only if assisted check-in is requested: past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway: far better to plan a calm arrival the next day.

At first, i tought the room was so small, then we felt rapidly very comfortable in it! Very clean. Everything you need is there.

The location is really good. No ocean view but is very cozy de room. Is cute but honestly the bathroom y sp small hahaha looks like Alicia in wonderland. I forgot the receptionist name but she was lovely.

My husband and I loved this apartment in Vernazza! It was close to everything and has everything you need. Very clean & also didn’t require climbing too many stairs. Highly recommend!
