What a wonderful trip , AGAIN!!!! Clean room, comfortable bed and the chairs on the balcony are the B E S T!! High sitting chairs that allow you to see over the railing for a perfect beach view in all directions possible. Loved waiting for the morning Turtle Watch crew on their vehicles to come down the beach. While we were there, several turtles came ashore and nested. We did not witness it but it was fun to see them measure and mark off and log all the info to keep the turtle nest protected. Tiki bar was great and the beach rental items were worth the price. Spectacular vacation and room was the best. Fun to slightly be able to hear the music coming from the tiki bar and hear the people at the pool having fun. Never too loud or disruptive, just enough of a background sound. Easy access to the stairs and the laundry facility on floor below. Quiet and respectful other condo guests in the building. Elevators worked every-time, no problems with them. Luggage carts made bringing items to room a breeze. Love this room so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Floors were VERY dirty even after cleaned a second time after calling I do not believe they do not use cleaner and water just dry wipe, wore socks and they were so bad had to trash them. Need new sheets and mattress for bed, needs painting, and I think it’s time to remove popcorn ceiling. Buy a new dresser bottom drawer not even working. Hotel staff very nice and the location and view were outstanding.

The location and view were great but it wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The pull out soft had dirty, stained sheets on it. There were also lots of hairs on the sheets of the bed. The bathroom also had several hairs. Housekeeping definitely could have gone a more thorough job cleaning.
