We had everything we needed. Getting a second parking pass was smooth. The view and being close to the pier was perfect. 10/10!

The elevator was out of order when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs and after talking to others that were there, the elevator goes out a lot. All of the TVs went down for a full day and the provided password for the WIFI was incorrect. Besides that the condo was nice, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Everything was clean upon arrival and the location to the ocean was great.

My husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the patio. As far as the place itself, we have mixed feelings. The building is in a state of disrepair. The condo is right across from the elevator and the elevator is very loud. The oven was very dirty. I did not want to cook in it. The condition of the pots and pans was mediocre at best. The TV in both bedrooms did not work properly. The beach was wonderful.
