Truly an exquisite home and location! Lots of bedrooms with different configurations to suit families of all kinds. The home is well stocked with incidentals for cooking. The pool and hot tub are lovely, we spent hours in them. The house and grounds are well cared for. It’s a 5 minute walk to the ocean and 10 minutes to Brennecke Beach. Quiet residential neighborhood. Fantastic ocean and sunset views from the 2nd floor. There’s lots of pool and beach gear you can use so don’t bother buying it for yourself. This is a location you’ll want to come back to again and again. Andy is a great host, very easy to communicate with, and responds promptly to questions.

We had an amazing stay! The layout of the house is so thoughtful, and it is *so* well stocked. This is the best rental we’ve ever stayed at. We felt so taken care of - the house had everything we ever needed and more. Plenty of beach gear, plenty of towels for showering and the pool, a fully stocked kitchen - lots of spices, oils, and rice!, cloth napkins and tablecloths, 2 sets of washer/dryer, thoughtful flashlights, Bluetooth speaker, and importantly, en suite bathrooms and lanai for all rooms, To not have any cleanup/checkout instructions is also very appreciated and made it a stress-less experience. Andy was very responsive and attentive!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Absolutely, the best home we've ever stayed at. Andy, the host, was so communicative and will ensure everything is going well. There were 10 of us (6 Adults and 4 kids) that stayed 11 nights. Cleanliness, amenities, location, pool, landscaping, ALL PERFECT! The different ocean views were amazing, and the lanai was one of our favorite places to hang out. You can hear the actual waves hit the rocks from across the road. Literally, everything is there for you. It would be shocking if you could not find anything you may need. The ‘chef’ in our family couldn’t believe how well the kitchen was stocked. Tons of large beach towels and 2 sets of washer and dryers (upstairs and downstairs). Our family had a blast playing ping pong and using the wonderful pool/spa. (Read host book to see how to use spa). There are lots of notes that tell you how to use lights, fans etc. My family came together from Australia and Florida, so I feel blessed that this is the home we chose so my grandchildren could finally meet each other. Thank you Andy, for sharing this amazing home with us.
