The first-floor apartment is part of a small residential complex with just four vacation apartments, located in a quiet spa park setting. Simply pull out the sleeping surface and you’ll have a comfortable double bed (2 x 80x200 cm)!! Of course, you can blackout the Velux windows in the bedrooms. A cozy bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest restroom are also part of the apartment. A special highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the approximately 30 m² rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and a beach chair, facing southwest to catch the sun. The parking space in front of the house is included with this apartment. You can park any bicycles you bring with you in the garden. A crib, a high chair, and a handcart for the little guests are included as standard amenities.
A cozy barbecue area in the garden invites you to linger. And if you do need to work, you’ll find a desk with an Ethernet cable in the bedroom. A wallbox is available for charging your electric car for a daily flat rate of €10. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay.
Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? A maximum of one dog is welcome here for an additional fee and upon request. Please note that the only way to access the apartment with your dog is via an open staircase.
