Located just south from the heart of downtown Surf City, you can enjoy a beautiful exercising experience walking the beach to the Surf City Pier, local shops, and nearby restaurants (approximately 0.6 miles). Yet, enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of being a fair distance from the pier and public beach accesses at this private island oasis complete with outside screened patio, landscaped garden, and more!

The home features elegant and welcoming interior design with hardwood flooring throughout, contemporary and open style living and dining areas, four bedrooms on the oceanfront creating restful retreats with direct access to the oceanside deck spaces. Beautiful home with a beautiful view from all rooms. Contacted the property manager about the WiFi password not being correct in their email. Thankfully the correct password was posted on the refrigerator. Owners may consider getting hot water heater and dishwasher serviced. Could only take one shower at a time before water turned cold. Arrived to property with dirty dishes in dishwasher and cabinets. Dishwasher was run multiple times but never worked properly. Had to hand wash all dishes. No big deal because we only stayed a few days but may be a burden to a large group staying for a week.

10,000 Reasons was perfect for us.
With two master bedrooms& TV’s in every room. All bedrooms face the ocean. The Beach house was so clean& had everything we needed. One of the nicest beach houses we have stayed in.

The House was in an excellent location right on the Ocean, loved that! Unfortunately, the management company has many shortcomings and the house furniture was either filthy or in need of replacement. We spent the first 2 hours trying to get in (code didn't work) and dealing with an unfinished house, (housekeeping did not finish cleaning) that was not acceptable. My wife and I had to cleaned ourselves, there was dirt and food particles scattered about. The starter packs were excessively cheap but that just shows their true colors. The Master King bed was like sleeping in a bowl, I asked to have it replaced, they acknowledged but did nothing, I spent several nights in the bunk room or on the couch. The refrigerator had a broken drawer, the housekeeper took it and put it in the garage, no action taken. The upper bunk had stains (blood or sauce?) which was shown to the housekeeper, but she did nothing. The housekeeper made a comment that "we just wanted to complain about something else" right to my wife while she was there to finish making the beds. Pictures and video was provided to the management company as requested. The outside beach shower did not work, needed a plumber, so I had to deal with that, ugh! Because of the lost time upon arrival, we requested a late checkout which was granted. Overall, great house with great bones but in need of updating (beds) and a new cleaning company that actually cleans. We have had much better experiences with Air B&B rental homes.
