Sa Torre Dorada is an exclusive property located just 150 metres from the Es Morer Vermell beach, in one of the most peaceful and sought-after residential areas of Alcúdia. This charming rural house combines traditional Mallorcan character with total privacy and all the comforts required for high-end family or holiday stays. The fully enclosed estate includes the main house and an independent guest apartment, along with generous outdoor areas designed for maximum comfort: a 10 x 10 metre swimming pool, mature gardens with outdoor showers, a children’s play area, a covered terrace with exterior toilet and a fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
The main house is distributed over two floors plus an upper level. The ground floor features an entrance hall, a cosy sitting room, a fully equipped rustic kitchen, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The first floor offers a living room, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. Amazing property and grounds, swimming pool was outstanding. Close to a couple of small beaches and 15m walk to the town (port is a taxi ride away). Some roads to town has no walkway at times and might be a challenge for young children.(21/08/2022)
