This is a 400 square meters spotless villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen. A/C available in the entire property. Outside you will enjoy a great large terrace with jacuzzi pool and amazing sea-views. A direct sea access available. To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to the water. An enclosed garage suitable for 2 cars available. First car included in the price, second car at extra charge.
The TV is set up to have access to Netflix so you can stream movies or watch TV shows. This is a family friendly location.
You will walk to the town of Minori (5 minutes walk) and you will find great coffee shops, lovely restaurants as well as the beach with the ferry dock.
Many other popular attractions are nearby.
With a short drive you will reach the towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano.
►► Living Room and Kitchen.
The living room is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe. Enjoy comfy wrap around sofa and extra chairs for seating. There is a TV and we provide complimentary Netflix for your enjoyment!
The attached fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs is a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!).
There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and more!
We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner.
►► Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the same building and than there is an annex studio with ensuite bathroom located just a few steps away, near the large terrace.
All 4 bedrooms outfitted with super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort.
In 2 bedrooms you will find a king size bed.
In 1 bedroom you will find a queen size bed.
In 1 bedroom you will find twin beds.
An extra baby bed is available too.
All bathrooms offer a stand up shower. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and there is a first aid kit in the upstairs bath. We provide spa quality we provide shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. We also provide fresh towels, wash cloths, cotton balls, cotton swaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.
►► Laundry.
There is a washer and dryer you may use during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.
►► Outdoors.
There is a large terrace with amazing sea-views and a jacuzzi.
A lovely kitchen with pizza oven is available only if you book our house pizza chef. Inside the property there is another oven.
A grill available and we provide grill tools.
On request a professional chef is available at any time.
There is a large table with chairs under a pergola and comfy sunbeds to enjoy some relaxing time.
A direct sea access is available. To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to the water.

The most amazing accommodation we had in our month long trip in Italy - definitely one of the top 5 most extravagant places we've stayed. The house is beautiful, view amazing, and close to Minori beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house had everything - coffee maker, stocked fridge, wine, stairs to ocean access off the rocks. Donatella and Marco were incredible hosts and arranged everything for us with VIP treatment including gelato class, pizza making class, lemon farm tour with private table, beach club reservations, taxi reservations, restaurant reservations, etc. Donatella is an incredible cook and made us breakfast each morning and a few dinners at the villa. Marco is hysterical and friendly and was our guide several times. Both are local and know everyone which made the experience even better and they had a ton of local recommendations. We have 3 people in our group who ware gluten free and Marco/Donatella were over-the-top accommodating to our dietary needs. Honestly two of the kindest people we met on our trip to Europe...they even noticed our son was having a birthday while we were at the villa and went out of their way to buy our son a gluten free cake with his name on it. Truly incredible experience and would highly highly recommend to anyone. If we travel back to Minori, we will absolutely be booking this villa again.

Marco and Donatello were outstanding hosts. They were committed to making our stay wonderful, which it was. The properties great, the views are great, and the town is great. I highly recommend it.

We have done a lot of traveling but have never had an experience as good as this. Marco is incredible, professional, and extremely attentive to your needs. He is committed to making your stay a pleasure and easy. I'm sure anyone will agree. We will be back again. By the way the home is amazing and better than described.Thank you Marco and Donatella!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The accommodations were very comfortable and spotless. The deck and views were stunning and the hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of the day. Marco was very friendly, responsive and accommodating, willing to arrange as many or as few activities as we wanted. It was also a welcome surprise to see how well stocked the home was with drinks, snacks, wine, etc., which were available for purchase at a reasonable price. One less thing to worry about if you don't want to shop for those things. The home was very comfortable, but in truth we spent the majority of time on the deck because it was so well appointed and spacious. Again, the views were spectacular. When we did want to venture out, we were able to walk to town were there were plenty of restaurants, shopping and markets. Once there, you had direct beach access along with access to a ferry that made stops up and down the coast. Great for day trips! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if I'm fortunate enough to make it back!
