Finca Aubadellet is an old Mallorcan agricultural estate dating back to the early 19th century, fully restored in 2010 while preserving all its original charm, both inside and out.
The property is distributed over two floors and features a beautifully maintained garden area with about 600 m² of lawn within the large plot.
On the ground floor, there is a bright dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, an additional cozy lounge, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom with shower.
The upper floor offers three double bedrooms, a pleasant sitting room, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub.
The house is equipped with ceiling fans, satellite TV, WiFi internet, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, as well as a cot and highchair for the little ones.
Outdoors, you will find a large porch with garden furniture, barbecue, a guest toilet, and a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by lawn – perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

Lovely house. Well located in the middle of Mallorca so you can visit different locations during your stay. The best part is the garden/exterior amenities. Lots of activities for both kids and adults. We spent a lot of time enjoying dinner on the terrace and swimming in the pool. The only downside is the heat which can really be felt inside the house, especially during summer.
