Located 3 km from Rodi Garganico and 600 meters from the sea, this historic farmhouse stands on a small hill, offering an unparalleled view that stretches from the greenery of the property’s citrus grove and surrounding vegetation to the deep blue of the sea. This historic property, dating back to 1857, was completely renovated in 2012 with high-quality finishes. It features a spacious outdoor area of approximately 400 square meters with a sea view, available for shared use, equipped with sofas, benches, and hammocks. There is a large parking lot on the property.

We loved staying and we had a room with a view of the sea. It was easy to drive around to the small towns and Maria gave us some ideas of places to visit. It was easy to cook and there are good restaurants in the nearby town of Rodi.

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in Mara and Oratios apartement. The Apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. There is no better way to relax under vine surrounded by olive and Lemon trees in this wonderful landscape. Maria and Oratio were very helpful and caring - there were always fresh fruits for us and of course self-made olive oil! The place is only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and all other destinations of Gargano can be easily reached. For everyone who is looking for a quiet, nice place to relax and to discover Gargano, this is a perfect place! Thank you, Maria and Oratio. Best regards Nico and Ute
