This house was recently renovated top to bottom and comes fully equipped with private pool and new bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, windows, doors, furniture, floors, staircase, pool, siding, garage doors, paint, and trim and is steps to the Gulf being on the Gulf side of Via De Luna! The house is 3 floors and contains a king bedroom on each level and bunkbed rooms on the 1st and 2nd levels. 2 queen sleeper sofas complete the max capacity of 19 people! Steps away from the white sands of the gulf and no busy roads to cross with your loved ones. About a 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico waters! House comes fully furnished and kitchen stocked with all the kitchen wares you would expect for a vacation rental. Bath linens are provided as well as bed linens. Beach linens are not provided. It was a great vacation. House was awesome, great layout! Just wish there was furniture on the front porch

The property was well laid out. It’s small but comfortable for my family and friends. The pool was really nice and a good size. Check-in instructions were sent at the last minute. The host never replied to my Vrbo messages, so I had to call him directly. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned — the showers had hair in them, and we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean them ourselves. The grill needs to be upgraded and cleaned; it’s rusted and takes a long time to cook because you can’t regulate the burners. Bring your own chairs and umbrella since none are provided. It may be out of the owner’s control, but we did see multiple rats around the pool area and grill.
