Group of friends from Miami had a small reunion in Oxford. Booked for a group of ten and was perfect! Great size with a good price. Loved the converted garage out back, lot of activities to do with friends while watching TV.

Great place for multiple families for a swimmeet. Kitchen was more than fully stocked and outdoor space was amazing. Kids loved the ability to stretch out! Beds were very comfortable

Ideal for our group coming back for a reunion at Miami. Overall the house is well kept and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Spacious back yard. Game room fun when we had a few extra minutes. The room configuration is a bit awkward as you need to walk through one bedroom to get to two others unless you go outside the house.

Was a great place for the weekend- has everything you would want/need for multiple families, etc (except a grill-only thing missing). A lot of wonderful little touches that were helpful including water bottles in the fridge, snacks, fully stocked kitchen with great coffee choices- and most appreciative of the limited check out work. Had a great stay! Highly recommend!
