What an amazing home. This rental had absolutely everything we needed. From condiments to soaps, pool and beach essentials as well as night lights and charging stations for our electronics. The host thought of everything. My family loved the private pool area. The property was clean and very nicely furnished. The beds and couches were very comfortable. There are several beaches just a few minutes away and plenty of shopping and restaurants as well. We loved siesta key and when we return we will gladly rent this lovely home again.

My group loved our time at Tiba’s place! The pool area was absolutely incredible and the location of the house was perfect for quick trips to the village and the beach. You can walk, but we did find ourselves still using our rental car at least to go all the way to the beach.

Had an excellent experience staying at the property with our group of 7. Everything was as advertised, freshly renovated and clean. Pool area was a great hangout space, bedrooms were nice, and the bathrooms were new and clean. Plenty of towels and essentials provided. Communication from host was excellent and timely. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent - loved the pool, grill and outside eating area. A great set up for family fun. We walked, took the shuttle and drove to the beach. All options worked great. It was well stocked with supplies for everything we needed. Freshly remodeled, spacious and very nice accommodations.
