Fantastic property for large groups. We stayed here for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. Plenty of room indoors and outdoors, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and the commercial kitchen was perfect for cooking for 20 people. Mike was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for bachelor parties or other group getaways

Brought my bachelor trip up to Mikes property. The whole trip was to good to be true. At first glance when booking I didn’t think it was possible to find a place like this but Mike provides all necessities with a great piece of property. He’s around if you need him and he’s out of sight if you don’t. Super laid back, genuine and accommodating host. Had a great time and look forward to come back up again. Hopefully you’re ready for the boys again next time Mike Cheers.

this place was perfect for our bachelor party boys weekend! waterfront dock, great industrial kitchen amenities, yard space, bonfire pit, kayaks, pool table, a great soundsytem, separate cabin for sleeping arrangement vs the main area, even had a little boutique golf course near by. what more could you want? Mike was an exceptional host who really went the extra mile to make sure we all had a great time. We will be back!
