Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 30 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.
There are exterior security cameras present in the parking lot 2 on the north and 2 on the south of the building and a doorbell camera as well.

Very nice accommodations. Felt better to park on the street side, more than the carport side for this particular unit. Was close to the airport, Tempe Marketplace mall area and fuel. Good access to freeways. Air Conditioning required in the Phoenix area but this unit had A/C and room fans so kept comfortable the whole week we were there! Would definitely revisit.Was well equipped with kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc.

Clean, nice house. Off street parking. Very upsetting with folks using drugs in the parking area just opposite of where I parked. Didn’t feel very safe as I was alone for 2 of 3 nights .But the house was clean and comfortable enough inside.
