As part of Beaver Run Resort, this unit provides full access to on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated pools, a fitness center, and a 24-hour front desk. Ski-in/ski-out access, building elevators, and a complimentary shuttle to downtown Breckenridge make exploring the area effortless.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Furniture a bit dated but overall clean. We had three people,
4 would have been crowed. Fold out couch is uncomfortable like most are. I scheduled late for MLK weekend so didn’t have a

Small property with just enough room for no more than 4 people. My group had 3 and that was a stretch. Has a small kitchenette and small gathering room with a tv. The room is in building 4 of Beaver Run which gives you access to the best ski lockers right on the mountain. Also the property is listed as having a guaranteed parking spot. This means there will be a spot available, not that it is included; you will have to pay extra per day to park here.

Basically a one bed hotel room with weird floor plan. Furniture was cheap and broken on arrival. Loved the access from the building to the slopes and the outdoor hot tub. Resort is dated though and still pretty much looks exactly like it did 25 years ago when I was there. Overall I think it’s a little overpriced for what you get. Needs some updates.
