In Orihuela Costa, this beautiful modern villa is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, south-facing residential area with private pool (HEATING OPTIONAL - contact the owner) and private parking.
Fully air-conditioned, it is composed of a sunny living room from morning to evening (living room, dining room), a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A master bedroom with its bathroom and dressing room, the other bedroom with 2 single beds and independent bathroom.
Upstairs large solarium equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture with sea view.
Outside not overlooked, private swimming pool with small garden, terrace and awning, all equipped with a table, plancha, deckchairs and parasol.

This was an excellent property everything you needed and close to all amenities Rachel was an excellent host and Evette meets you at the property and runs you through all you need to know would recommend this property to anyone very enjoyable.

We had a great time at Rachel's villa, the location is great and the kids loved the heated pool (which being as it was early April was defo needed to be heated). Its a very quiet and peaceful location. Rachel is a very attentive host, and is very quick to react should you need anthing. We would be delighted to recommend this villa to anyone planning to visit the area. Thanks for a lovley stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Villa. It was nice and modern with all the amenities needed from a home away from home. My son especially enjoyed the heated pool, even when raining outside. Only downside was the location which we should’ve looked into before we stayed. Being so far away from the main strips including bars and restaurants meant we had to get taxis everywhere which are not the most reliable in such a rural location, however, we did enjoy the peace and quiet of the area when sat in the outside spaces.

Different furniture, poor quality, salon table was discusting looked like it was found on the street . Garden furniture old and was filthy . On the whole totally misrepresented.
