This large apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator of a modern building in the Chiaia district.
The house consists of a large living room kitchen with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large balcony completes the house.
The house is equipped with every comfort, with an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wifi.
Located in a side street of the Brancaccio Ramps, it will allow you to walk to Via dei Mille and the waterfront, or going up to Corso Vittorio Emanuele (300 meters) you will find nearby the two funiculars (Centrale and Chiaia) that will allow you to reach the historic center and the Vomero

At the time of check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.

A very good location near to several quarters and the Beach.
The flat wasn’t that clean.
