At the lake, you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities (swimming, sailing, diving, walking, biking, inline skating, and much more) or simply relax on the beach or in the modern restaurant. There are also many well-marked hiking and biking trails in the surrounding area.

The property consists of two separate, fully equipped units. A total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 living and dining areas. (That is, each half of the house has: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 large room with a kitchen, dining area, and living area.) Both apartments feature a sauna with a relaxation area and a wood-burning stove in the living and dining area. The outdoor area features two covered terraces and a garden located right on the water.
The house was newly built and completed in 2020.
