Please note before making a reservation: Waterpointe 2 is doing renovations on their balconies at this time. These renovations are currently going on, and will continue through mid to the late December, 2026. Some units will not be able to access their balcony, while others may be hindred by the loud noise taking place between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ABOUT THE SPACE: Waterpointe II Unit 804 is an oceanfront condo in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddy pool, balcony, beach access and building elevator. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

Great location. Unit was exactly what we expected. The indoor and outdoor pools were great! Very easy getting to the beach. The only feedback- the loud washing machine and didn’t love that check in time wasn’t until 5pm.

This place was very nice. Perfect access to the beach. 15 minutes from some great restaurants. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean, nice and not overly crowded.

The property was great. The sliding door to the master bedroom could not be closed so that room stayed very warm. But the view from the balcony was incredible.
