Welcome to Ocean Dunes 1903, a spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom oceanfront condo located in the highly sought-after Ocean Dunes Resort in Kure Beach. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this three-level coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and breathtaking ocean views throughout.
Designed with groups and families in mind, the home features inviting living spaces on every floor, creating room for everyone to relax and reconnect. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, where you’ll find a bright and open living area with comfortable seating nooks and expansive windows showcasing stunning ocean views. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease.
Step outside onto the oceanfront deck just off the living room and take in the beauty of Kure Beach. With lounge chairs, outdoor dining space, and unobstructed direct beach views, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply unwind to the sound of the waves.
Ocean Dunes 1903 offers thoughtfully arranged sleeping accommodations across all three levels. The third floor is home to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, dedicated workspace, smart TV, and private balcony access with ocean views. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. A second king bedroom is also located on this level. The second floor includes a third bedroom with a king bed, while the first floor offers a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. The first floor also features a bonus living space with two twin-over-twin bunk beds—perfect for additional guests or kids. Each level includes convenient access to a shared bathroom.

Everything was great with the house. Weather was great and the beach was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Overall great experience.

We came back to Kure beach for the first time in 10 years. There were 10 adults, a teenager, and an infant. The house had plenty of space (including the kitchen and bedrooms) for all of us, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The ocean views were great, and we spent a lot of time sitting on the decks. The only negatives about the house were the number of cockroaches that we saw, inside and out on the deck, and the musty like smell down in the bottom level. Although the beach is right in the backyard, swimming and boogie boarding was difficult due to the rockiness' of the area. We had to move down the beach for these activities. If you are looking to simply walk in the water, you will be fine here. We also could have benefitted with having additional outdoor trash containers. With our numbers we generated a lot of trash and recycling, but our neighbors decided to use our containers as well, so this created somewhat of a mess on our last day.

Checking was a nightmare door code didn’t work we got there after hours and after 6 hours drive it took about 1 hour to checking due to the code address was sketchy after hours customer service was good and the bottom floor smell bad
