Morvan, summits and great lakes: we are located just 100 metres from the edge of the Lac des Settons, in a private estate made up of about fifty chalets.
Our chalet, on a private fenced plot of 360m2, will allow you to spend a quiet stay with family or friends in all seasons.
The chalet is composed of 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom on the first floor and two attic bedrooms upstairs, accessed by a miller's staircase (be careful for small children)
. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens onto a newly renovated terrace, from where you can relax and watch the sunset. 1 bathroom, a comfortable living room
With a fully equipped kitchen area, opening onto a 20m2 terrace, also completely renovated.
The chalet is equipped with WIFI (fibre) and a TV decoder.
The environment is conducive to the park's sports and cultural activities (fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking, etc.); we will also be able to meet local producers.
Tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. NB: please make sure to leave the chalet tidy as when you arrived, in a good state of cleanliness and empty bins.
Linen is not provided, bring your own sheets, towels and kitchen towels.
Local shops 300 metres away from May to October and another shop less than 2km away open all year round.
In July and August, the baker on the estate several times a week.
